- Apps are licensed per device as specified in your chosen plan.
- Each plan includes digital service activation for the number of devices stated.
- We provide technical support for the full duration of your subscription.
- We offer free replacement of apps or services if technical issues arise on our end.
What We Do Not Provide
- We do not host, upload, store, or distribute any audio or video content.
- We do not provide, sell, or control any third-party content sources.
- We are not responsible for the availability, legality, or quality of any content accessed through third-party sources.
- Users are solely responsible for any content they access using our software.
User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our services.
- You must provide accurate information when submitting any form or request.
- You must not share, resell, or redistribute your activation credentials.
- You must use our software in compliance with all applicable local laws.
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or misuse our software.
GR81 reserves the right to terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms without refund.
Refund Policy
Digital services refund terms
Refunds Available
- Refunds are available only before activation of your digital service.
- If you request a refund before we activate your service, a full refund will be issued.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment and before activation.
No Refunds After Activation
- Once your digital service has been activated, no refunds will be issued.
- Activation constitutes delivery of the digital service.
- No refunds for incorrect MAC addresses submitted by the user.
- No refunds due to incompatible devices not supported by our apps.
- No refunds if the user changes their mind after activation.
Hardware (FREEDOM Plan)
- Hardware items included in the FREEDOM plan are eligible for return within 7 days of receipt if unopened and unused.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Hardware that has been opened, used, or damaged is not eligible for return.
- Digital activation fees within the FREEDOM plan are non-refundable once activated.

Billing Terms
- All plans are billed as a single one-time annual payment.

- Payment must be completed in full before activation begins.
- Service activation begins within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
Renewal
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. To renew, contact us via email or WhatsApp to arrange a renewal payment.
Trial Policy
Free trial terms and conditions
GR81 offers a 7-day free trial to allow customers to test compatibility and service quality before committing to a paid plan.
Trial Eligibility
- Free trials are available to new customers only.
- One trial per device (MAC address).
- A valid MAC address from a supported app is required.
- No credit card or payment is required to start a trial.
Trial Limitations
- Trials are for testing purposes only.
- GR81 reserves the right to deny a trial request at its sole discretion.
- Trial activations are processed within 24 hours of a valid request.
- Trials cannot be extended beyond 7 days.
At the end of your trial, your service will expire automatically. There are no automatic charges at the end of the trial period.

GR81 provides media player software activation and digital service packages only. We do not host, produce, upload, store, broadcast, or distribute any content.
- GR81 does not own, control, or operate any content delivery infrastructure.
- All content accessible through our software is sourced from third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GR81 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
