Our plans include a premium app, two or three high-quality playlists, full setup, and 24/7 support for the entire year. You're not just buying a playlist — you're getting a complete digital service. A single premium playlist in the market costs $150–$180 by itself. We give you two playlists, a standby playlist, a high-quality app, and free replacements if anything stops working. You're paying for quality, stability, and peace of mind.

Plan A ($150) includes 1 app for 1 device and 2 playlists — perfect for personal use. Plan B ($180) includes 2 apps for 2 devices and 3 playlists — best for families. Plan C ($240) is Canada-only and includes a device delivered to you, pre-installed and plug-and-play ready with 3 playlists.

Plans include 1 device for $150 and 2 devices for $180. If you need more devices, you must buy an additional activation. We guarantee perfect performance only on our apps and activations.

Cable and satellite cost $120+ per month, require dishes, wires, receivers, and many buildings don't allow installation. Our service costs $150–$180 per year, needs no hardware, and has no ads. Just install our app and we set up everything for you. You get live streams, a huge library of movies and series, fast updates, and full support — simple, clean, and far more affordable.

We support Smart TVs, Android, iOS, Firestick, Vokal Stick, Windows, Mac (depending on app), tablets, and projectors. No special hardware required unless your TV is too old — in that case we help you choose the right affordable stick.

No, we don't support MAG devices because our app is not available on MAG. But you don't need a MAG device — just install our app on your TV and we handle everything. If your TV is too old, you can use a Firestick or Vokal Stick, and we can guide you or set it up for you.

Just install our app on the new device and send us the new MAC address. We activate the new device and cancel the old one. Device replacement is included in your plan at no extra charge.

It's very easy. We provide video tutorials showing how to open the app, load your playlist, choose Live Stream, Movies, Series, and adjust settings. The app is user-friendly and simple to control. No technical knowledge needed.

📺 Playlists & Content

All playlists are high quality. ELITE is the main playlist with the most stable streams. PREMIUM focuses on maximum content quantity. STREAM has the fastest updates (every 2–3 days). The difference is quantity, update frequency, and speed — all three are included in Plan B and Plan C.

Most items have multiple quality options: SD, HD, FHD, 4K, 8K. If one quality is down, another is usually available. If the issue continues, we replace the playlist or switch you to a better source at no extra cost.

No. Each playlist works on one device only. If you try to use it on two devices, the system will block it. If you need two devices, choose Plan B or add another device.

Yes. Playlists are updated regularly. STREAM updates every 2–3 days, PREMIUM and ELITE update frequently as well. You always get fresh, working streams.

Our service is family-friendly. All apps include parental control, and you can lock categories with a PIN. Adult content is disabled by default and cannot be opened without the code.

⚙️ Setup & Activation

Very easy: 1. Install the app. 2. Send us your MAC address. 3. We activate everything remotely. 4. We notify you within 24 hours via WhatsApp. No configuration needed — we handle it all for you.

Activation usually takes within 24 hours after you send your MAC address. We text or message you on WhatsApp as soon as your service is ready. Most activations are completed the same day.

We can do everything for you. With our Plan C, we order the device, install the app, set up the playlist, configure everything, and send it to you ready to use. Just plug it in and connect to Wi-Fi.

We don't need to visit. Everything is done remotely — installation, activation, setup, and support. If you choose Plan C, we send the device fully prepared and ready to use. Just plug it in.

No problem. Your service is linked to your device, not your address. Just reconnect your device to the new Wi-Fi and everything works automatically.

Just contact customer service. We reset your settings or PIN for you at no charge, usually within a few hours.

🛠 Support & Issues

Every plan includes a main playlist and a standby playlist. If the main playlist has an issue, switch to the standby playlist and report it. We fix the issue within 24 hours, and if not, we replace the playlist at no charge.

We have 3 different apps available. If one app has a problem, we tell you which new app to download, activate it for you, and set everything up. You don't need to do anything — we handle it.

Yes. As long as your device has internet, the app works anywhere in the world. Just don't use the same playlist on two devices at the same time — each playlist is linked to one device.

Yes. We offer support in English and Arabic, depending on your preference. Our team is available 24/7 via WhatsApp and email.

Yes. We provide apps, software activation, and digital services. We do not host or control any content. Users are responsible for their own sources and must comply with applicable laws in their country.

💳 Billing & Refunds

Refunds are available only before activation. Once the digital service is activated, there are no refunds because the setup and activation are already completed. We strongly recommend using the free 7-day trial before purchasing.

You have a 7-day free trial to test everything. After activation, the plan is valid for one full year with no cancellations or changes. This keeps the system stable and prices low.

No. The service runs for a full year from the activation date and cannot be paused or extended. We recommend using your free trial first to make sure you're satisfied.
